The Comanche County Historical Museum is an impressive 14-room storehouse of memorabilia from every corner of the county and well worth a visit from anyone interested in history or genealogy.   Museum hours are 2:00 – 4:00 on Saturday and for a brief time, the museum is open from 2:00 - 5:00 on Thursdays.

 UPDATE:   COMANCHE COUNTY FAMILY HISTORY BOOK

                                                  The long awaited books will be arriving soon. 

A reception will be hosted by the Comanche County Historical Commission on Saturday, November 29

                       from 10:00 a.m.  - 4:00 p.m. at the Museum.  Books may be picked up at that time.

                  An alternate date to pickup the books is Thursday, December 4 th from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.
